If you wish to cancel your visit, you may do so free of charge up to 7 days before the scheduled date and time. In case of later cancellations or no-show,
the full payment will be charged. Cancellations can happen via phone or by email to booking@glyptoteket.dk In the event of a delayed arrival, the museum reserves the right to maintain the originally agreed end time, and we will do our best to ensure that the tour is completed within the originally scheduled time frame. If the group arrives more than 15 minutes after the agreed start time without having informed the museum, the guided tour will be considered cancelled, and the full amount will be charged.
In rare cases, the museum may be required to cancel a booked guided tour. If this happens, we will, of course, notify you as soon as possible.
Note: From January 1, 2026, it will no longer be possible to book guided tours on the last Wednesday of each month due to the free admission to the museum. We recommend booking on regular days, where there’s more space and a calmer atmosphere for deeper engagement.
Groups that have already booked guided tours or teaching sessions on Wednesdays in 2026 will be carried out as planned.
