Practical information
All tours must be booked on the website at least 14 days before the visit.
The tours are 45-60 minutes long, and max. number of participants is 30 people.
We kindly ask larger groups to book multiple tours. For questions, please contact booking@glyptoteket.dk
Price
All tours cost 1100 DKK.
The tour is payed with an EAN number or a payment card. Payment is only processed after the tour has ended, but the payment method must be provided when booking.
The prices dosen´t include admission fees. You can buy admission on the website (with card) or at the museum with card, cash or a voucher.
When you have placed your booking, a confirmation will be sent by email, and we will return with a final confirmation, when we have found your guide. If we’re unable to provide a guide, the tour will be cancelled.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations must happen at least 7 days before the visit. In case of later cancellations or no-show, the full payment will be charged. Cancellations must happen via phone or by email to booking@glyptoteket.dk
In the event of a delayed arrival, the museum reserves the right to maintain the originally agreed end time. If the group arrives more than 15 minutes after the agreed start time without having informed the museum, the guided tour/educational session will be considered cancelled, and the full amount will be charged.
The museum reserves the right to cancel a booked tour if necessary.
Note: From January 1, 2026, it will no longer be possible to book guided tours on the last Wednesday of each month due to the free admission to the museum. We recommend booking on regular days, where there’s more space and a calmer atmosphere for deeper engagement.
Groups that have already booked guided tours or teaching sessions on Wednesdays in 2026 will be carried out as planned.

We offer a wide range of tours in both the museum's collection, architecture, and changing special exhibitions. On selected days, public tours are offered for the museum's visitors.
