About the Concert "I'm looking forward to unfolding the new and old songs again. Stripping them down and focusing on the intimate stories, where the lyrics are allowed to take center stage," says Kira Skov. "The spaces we play in are storytellers in themselves. They contain the resonance of life, faithand love–and provide space for contemplation and reflection."
The concerts are a natural extension of Kira's latest album What Ties Us Together, which received great praise from both critics and audiences, and revolves around family, heritage and the traces we leave n each other throughout life.
With only three musicians on stage and a strong symbiosis between voice, guitar and violin, ‘Spor i Sindet’ becomes a concert where everything superfluous is stripped away. What remains are the raw emotions, the intimate stories and the special energy that arises in the encounter between artist, space and audience.
