Weekend at the Glyptotek
Every weekend at 11 am to 3 pm

Every Saturday and Sunday, children and their adults can explore art through guided tours, captivating stories, and creative activities.
At 11:30 AM and 2:00 PM, our hosts invite you to join them on a journey through the museum, sharing stories that bring the art to life for both kids and grown-ups.
Note: The guided tour will be in Danish.
Between 11 AM and 3 PM, you’ll find our hosts in the sculpture hall behind the café, near the statue of Perseus slaying Medusa. Here, you’re welcome to settle in, put on headphones, and listen to tales while your hands stay busy.
Sometimes we draw, other times we build small sculptures using different materials. You’re free to sit on the cushions for as long as you like, and along the way, you’ll get ideas and inspiration for what you can discover on your own in the museum.

Weekend at the Glyptotek is free with paid museum admission. Tickets for the guided tours cannot be booked in advance but are available at the ticket counter on the day.
