An architectural monument in the heart of Copenhagen, the building provides an extraordinary setting for the museum’s artworks and objects – exactly as Carl Jacobsen wanted it to be.
The tour will delve into the museum’s architecture. We will take a close look at the materials, mosaics and colours and hear stories about the three different buildings that make up the museum today.
Tickets
Tickets cannot be booked in advance. They are available in the ticket office on the day. We do not issue tickets to groups of more than five persons. We advise larger groups to book a private guided tour.
