On Culture Night, we delve into our fascinating new exhibition, "The Power of Fashion in the Roman Empire", which explores how the Romans and the ruling elite used clothing, hairstyles, make-up, and accessories such as jewellery, shoes, and perfume to express status and power.

Through scents and meditative music, we bring stories from Antiquity to life. On Culture Night, you can experience the exhibition in a whole new way, including through our three unique guided tours of the exhibition, a drawing workshop for children, and a meditative sound installation in the Central Hall.

At Café Picnic, you can enjoy a delicious meal and refreshments while taking in the view of the palm trees in the Winter Garden.

Culture Pass

Admission is only available with a Culture Pass. The Culture Pass costs just DKK 125 and grants access to all events in the programme. In addition, pass holders can bring two children under the age of 12 free of charge. The Culture Pass also includes free travel by bus, train, and Metro throughout the Greater Copenhagen area (zones 1-99) for the pass holder and up to two children under the age of 12.
